Welcome to RED WOMEN. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the RED WOMEN platform, website, memberships, programs, community spaces, workshops, events, retreats, and related services.
By accessing or participating in any RED WOMEN services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the RED WOMEN platform or services.
1. About RED WOMEN
RED WOMEN is a leadership and growth platform designed to connect, support, and elevate women through experiences such as:
• Workshops
• Ask & Elevate Q&A sessions
• Leadership panels
• Community networking
• Courses and training programs
• Virtual and in-person events
• International leadership retreats
• Membership communities and digital platforms
Participation in RED WOMEN does not guarantee specific business results, financial outcomes, or professional opportunities.
2. Member Conduct & Responsibilities
RED WOMEN is committed to maintaining a respectful, supportive, and professional community.
Members and participants agree to:
• Treat all members, guests, and participants with respect
• Refrain from discrimination, harassment, intimidation, or abusive language
• Avoid inappropriate or disruptive behavior during events or within community platforms
• Share truthful and accurate information
• Follow all event, retreat, and community guidelines
RED WOMEN reserves the right to remove, suspend, or terminate access to any member or participant whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, harmful, or disruptive.
Termination may occur without refund.
3. Membership Options & Fees
RED WOMEN may offer multiple membership levels which may include Basic, Premium, or other tiers introduced in the future.
Membership terms include:
• Memberships may be billed monthly or annually
• Annual plans may offer discounted pricing
• All membership payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Membership fees may change at any time for future billing cycles
• Members will be notified of pricing changes where reasonably possible
Failure to maintain an active payment status may result in suspension or termination of membership benefits.
4. Workshops Hosted by Members
Active members may have the opportunity to host workshops on the RED WOMEN platform.
Workshop guidelines include:
• Workshops are typically 30 minutes in duration
• Only active members may host workshops
• The number of workshops permitted annually may vary by membership tier
• Workshop hosts must deliver professional, accurate, and lawful content
RED WOMEN reserves the right to decline, reschedule, or cancel workshops that do not align with platform standards.
5. Ask & Elevate Sessions
Ask & Elevate sessions provide opportunities for members to offer live Q&A guidance to the community.
Participants leading these sessions agree to:
• Attend the session at the scheduled time
• Notify RED WOMEN at least 72 hours in advance if unable to attend
• Deliver value-driven insights without misleading claims
RED WOMEN reserves the right to assign replacement speakers or modify session schedules when necessary.
6. Events, Workshops & Retreat Participation
RED WOMEN may host both virtual and in-person experiences including:
• Workshops
• Panels
• Mastermind discussions
• Virtual retreats
• International leadership retreats
Participation in these experiences may require additional registration, applications, or fees.
Participants acknowledge that:
• Attendance does not guarantee specific outcomes
• Speakers and schedules may change
• Event details may be modified when necessary
7. International Retreats
RED WOMEN may host international leadership retreats.
Participants understand that:
• Travel, lodging, meals, and transportation are the responsibility of the participant unless explicitly stated otherwise
• RED WOMEN is not responsible for personal travel arrangements
• Participants must comply with local laws and travel requirements
Additional retreat policies may apply and will be provided to participants prior to the event.
8. Courses & Training Materials
Courses, workshops, and training programs provided through RED WOMEN are for educational purposes.
Course terms include:
• All course purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• Participants may receive access to recordings or materials where applicable
• Access may be provided for lifetime viewing unless stated otherwise
Course access may not be shared, copied, or redistributed.
9. Intellectual Property
All RED WOMEN materials are protected by intellectual property laws.
This includes but is not limited to:
• Training materials
• Workshop content
• Videos and recordings
• Workbooks and resources
• Platform design and branding
Participants may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or publicly share RED WOMEN materials without written permission.
10. Community Platform Use
RED WOMEN may provide digital community spaces for members and participants.
Users agree to:
• Respect the privacy of other members
• Not harvest or collect personal data for marketing
• Avoid unsolicited promotions or spam
• Follow community guidelines
Violation of these standards may result in removal from the community.
11. Payments & Billing
Payments for memberships, events, courses, or retreats may be processed through third-party payment providers.
By making a payment, you agree that:
• Billing information provided is accurate
• Payments may be processed automatically for recurring subscriptions
• You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information
Payment disputes must be submitted directly to RED WOMEN before initiating chargebacks.
12. Limitation of Liability
Participation in RED WOMEN services is voluntary.
RED WOMEN shall not be liable for:
• Business decisions made by participants
• Financial losses or business outcomes
• Personal travel arrangements
• Actions of other members or participants
• Technology disruptions or platform interruptions
Services are provided for educational, networking, and leadership development purposes.
13. Platform Availability
We aim to maintain consistent platform access; however, RED WOMEN does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Access may occasionally be affected by:
• Maintenance updates
• Technical issues
• Platform improvements
14. Termination of Access
RED WOMEN reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to:
• Membership platforms
• Events or retreats
• Courses or digital services
This may occur if participants violate policies, behave inappropriately, or misuse platform resources.
15. Policy Updates
RED WOMEN reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updates will be posted on the website and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where RED WOMEN operates.
